almost no waiting at pickup for departure and return. I do wish you had a pickup spot closer to the cross walk. It is a journey for us old people to walk that far with luggage to catch the shuttle

Security and speed
The driver, a blond woman, was very patient and kind, both in pickup and drop off! She also went above and beyond when she brought me back to my car, barricaded by mounds of snow from a store. It was COLD and dark and she kindly shoveled me out!! Also, very friendly ladies as i drove out of the lot, offering me a bottle of water. Much appreciated! Will use this parking lot any time I fly out of CLE.

The shuttle pick up at the lot is always quick and the driver is courteous and helpful. There also isn't much of a wait at the airport for a shuttle pick up.
