I thought the following things were great: the ease of scheduling a Parking Spot on the app, the hours, the availability of shuttles to and from the airport, and the app.
Convenient, well organized and reasonably priced
The whole process of parking, obtaining a ride on the shuttle, checking in, checking out is so easy. Every attendant, every driver have been very cordial and respectful. It takes so much stress out of traveling. Thank you.

Easy directions to get too, reasonable rates, well organized with timely shuttle service, everyone I have interacted with - on the phone one time, at the check-in and check-out booth, drivers, they have all been very friendly and professional, great customer service. I liked the covered parking also as when I travel I'm often away for weeks at a time. I feel very secure parking and being in the facility. Well done!

Its always been a nice way to start out a trip to somewhere. I find it very convenient without the problem of asking someone to drive you to the airport and pick you up. I like having my car when I get back from going on a trip.
You know you will have a space to park although it is sometimes hard to navigate in the uncovered area. It costs more undercover but easier to find a space to park.
One word I would use for my recent experience would be “ timely”. We arrived and park and the van arrived within a minute. When we were arriving at the airport and we got our luggage and walked to the clearly marked pickup area at the airport and the the van arrived within a minute. Very timely.

the shuttle took 25 minutes to take us to airport. Had to call and ask what happened to shuttle, then shuttle arrived. Plenty of shuttles were continuously going to the covered parking
You are usually good about having buses for pick up and drop off no matter the time of day!!
