First I would like to give a shout out to your driver Bernard G. What a great guy! Friendly and helpful. He is certainly a valuable asset to your company! Bernard went above and beyond to help with luggage and was prompt in picking us up. I hope we are able to have Bernard in the future. With such great service going to the airport, the service from the airport back to the lot was totally different. The driver did not offer to help with luggage, and we had four bags and two back packs. The driver did not have his nameplate displayed, so I can not help with any feedback from him. He may have been tired or just not a helpful kind of guy, not sure, but after having one the nicest drivers with Bernard G, the return guy was a let down. We have been using the East Lot on a few occasions and I will say the say the service has been great. Give Bernard G a lot of praise, he is a true ambassador.

So easy. Friendly drivers, and baggage assistance was perfect. Being dropped off at your vehicle was also very convenient, and I loved having the free car wash available, especially after being parked outdoors for several days. Nice touch!

I parked my car and in less than 5 minutes, the van was there to pick me up. I also forgot my phone and the driver said "no problem, it happens all the time, and he drove back to the parking spot so I could get my phone. When I returned from my trip, and got my luggage, there was a parking spot van waiting at the curb. Excellent service!

One of the biggest advantages is avoiding long-term airport parking and multiple shuttle stops, which helps me get home much faster after a flight. The automated check-in and check-out features are also efficient and convenient, making the entire process seamless.
The shuttle drivers are always friendly and have a great sense of humor, and the gate attendants are consistently courteous and professional. I've literally been using The Parking Spot for nearly 20 years, dating back to when it was called EconoExpress. The name may have changed, but the exceptional service and outstanding staff have remained the same.
