Easy. Smooth. Fast. Friendly. One thing that confuses me is that I usually make a reservation using the app and get a QR code but I never actually have to use the QR code. In the office, maybe consider having separate lines for those who are arriving/checking in vs those who are departing/checking out.

I love that's it's so easy to chose your dates. Their prices are great. They have a self park option and a valet park option as well. For self park they pick you up right at your car and bring you right back to your car. They very pleasant and courteous.

It’s so easy just park and then they drive you to the front door of the airport and then when you get home you go downstairs they pick you up and take you right to your car and they’re always polite and they handle all the luggage

I first learned about Parking Spot from a friend I went on a trip with. I usually took the shuttle to Phoenix Airport, bus she said she preferred to drive. It was so much easier and less time consuming than the shuttle, that I decided that was how I was going to do it from now on.
I reserve, pay and park. No problems. The shuttle runs quite often and takes u to your car.
