Very convenient.

Convenient and safe way to park a car. I like the discount I got.

Easy to reserve online, you can get AAA or other discounts, the valet is nice (no riding around on the bus for several minutes whether coming or going), the water bottle for the ride home is nice.

Great shuttle service to the airport! The whole process was easy, great shuttle drivers, secure parking, and the complimentary water bottles after a long day of traveling were a very nice touch & much-needed!

First I would like to give a shout out to your driver Bernard G. What a great guy! Friendly and helpful. He is certainly a valuable asset to your company! Bernard went above and beyond to help with luggage and was prompt in picking us up. I hope we are able to have Bernard in the future. With such great service going to the airport, the service from the airport back to the lot was totally different. The driver did not offer to help with luggage, and we had four bags and two back packs. The driver did not have his nameplate displayed, so I can not help with any feedback from him. He may have been tired or just not a helpful kind of guy, not sure, but after having one the nicest drivers with Bernard G, the return guy was a let down. We have been using the East Lot on a few occasions and I will say the say the service has been great. Give Bernard G a lot of praise, he is a true ambassador.
