The parking spot 3 is close, easy to navigate, and the drivers are friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to get picked up.

Very frequent buses from both routes, i.e., from the parking place to ATL and the vice versa. All drivers whom I have encountered are excellent ones. They have been very helpful.

I like that I can get a covered parking spot that is affordable and it doesn’t matter if I leave and return at the same terminal because the bus picks you up and takes you right back to your car.
The entire process was stress free and easy! I liked how simple it was to navigate through the website to book a reservation and how easy it was when I arrived at the Parking Spot. I simply scanned my qr code to enter the parking lot and a shuttle picked me up soon after. When I arrived back in town a shuttle picked me up at the airport within 10-15 minutes at the courtesy van section and dropped me off at my car. I scanned my qr code to exit the parking lot and my favorite part was the very cold complimentary water bottles they have right before exiting the parking lot. Super easy from start to finish.
