Very fast at getting us to the airport. On our return, the transport vehicle was at the curb when we walked out. We did not have to wait. It was very close to the airport. Very convenient.

Service by the assistants at the gate and the drivers is excellent, and sometimes above and beyond. Pricing is a bit high for being off-site and more expensive than the airport parking for premium service. The parking spots are tight/narrow. Also, a long walk for the pick-up spot at the airport depending on what airline you have to pick up your bags at. (for example, Delta is on the complete other side of the terminal, you walk the length of the terminal), also a long walk if coming from the train at terminal C. Only reason I use Parking Spot is that I am guaranteed a parking spot and don't have to waste time driving around looking for one, and for stays less than a week, it is cheaper than private transportation.

Travelling in this cold weather it was such a relief to see that there were shuttles waiting for us to pick a spot and they followed us to that spot so we did not have to wait in the cold. The drivers both leaving and returning were very helpful. Everything went smooth.

I absolutely love that the driver was right there waiting for me in this cold weather! He was extremely helpful. I liked that the pickup location was clearly marked and as soon as I checked in on the app the bus was in route.

Located very close to the Love Field airport, and the people are very nice and helpful. This is our one parking place when flying out of Love Field.
