Convenience of reservation & pricing. However, our wait time at the terminal upon return to IAH was excessive. We were passed by no less than 6 JFK Spot busses while we waited.

The prices to park are fairly less expensive then the Blue/Red/Green Lots, however I always have to wait for a bus upon my return and I have waited over 30 mins in the rains & cold at times. You need more drivers rotating pick-up & drop off.

Very happy with the service. I hate using airport terminal parking and all the construction and traffic problems. Parking Spot picks me up at my car and drops me off at the terminal. Even if I am going for just one overnight trip, I will use this service. I like to keep my life simple and as far as I am concerned doing this is as simple as one can get. Less luggage handling is a big plus too.

When I returned from my trip, my car would not start. The Parking Spot employees were very helpful. They tried to jump start the vehicle but it would not start. I had to call AAA to tow the vehicle. The Parking Spot employees allowed my wife and me to wait for AAA in the office and offered us water. The Parking Spot recognized our frustrations with the situation and did everything they could to make it better. Thank you.
