The convenience and affordability
Plenty of buses to take passengers to and from the airport. It is the closest off-airport parking lot so passengers can get to the airport quickly. The bus drivers are helpful and very good drivers.

We guys save money and time on our out of state travel. The bus drivers are all amazing. My mom has mobility issues both drivers were super patient and gentle with her. Just being that strong arm to lean on with a smile, melts my heart. I know my vehicle is safe and secure and isn't going to be baking hot from sitting in an uncovered parking spot. I will book parking with lot 2 every time I travel. No touch entry and exit is super convenient too. Thanks for being there for all our travels
The customer service has been outstanding. Because of the weather, the parking lot I was assigned was full. Immediately they transferred me to a different lot, which was the premium one. I have to recognize that it was a bit of a hassle trying to find my way to the other parking spot, but the overall experience was good. When I returned , I received a phone call from the manager and he apologize the inconvenience. The customer service was really outstanding and having someone to talk about how to make improvements to the service, It’s a really good thing this days.
