So very easy to use! Easy to schedule; check in on arrival with the app; and exit after my stay. The shuttles between the parking and the airport come very quickly, on both ends. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Close to airport. Plenty of parking spaces. Rarely have to wait more than a couple of minutes for the van to pick you up at your car. Rarely have to wait more than 10 min to get picked up at the airport. Friendly helpful drivers. Able to collect and use points to save money on future parking.

Did you hear about the debacle at the BNA parking last week? 14,000 people trying to get out of the parking lot and nowhere to go. Children, pets, elderly all walking in the middle of traffic at night to try to get to their rides…. And I was stuck in that (in a wheelchair). If it wasnt for The Parking Spot’s driver (young, black man whose name starts with D) I wouldnt be home now. He went out of his way to help everyone. He was patient and kind, in a miserable situation. He even went the back roads (with navigation and some Nashville natives help) to avoid even more time being stuck on the road. Kudos to the parking spot, they made the best out of an absolutely miserable situation. The manager stayed in touch and was honest and clear with his communication regarding the situation. I truly appreciate the extra mile (no pun intended) that the parking went to get us to our cars on the horrific night. And God Bless them because BNA is so messed up that they dont even know what caused the misery. SO it may well happen again. Thanks parking spot.. y’all did good.

The Parking Spot is great (Austin West). I really appreciate having a nice cold water upon departure.

What really needs to happen there: there needs to be a different exit. The only exit dumps you immediately upon very fast moving cars on Hwy 71. It is very difficult to exit safely onto the freeway without fear of being hit. Not only is it unsafe to exit there, it is not safe for the cars that are on the freeway. There needs to be an exit near where the bus exits to go to the airport. That way cars will be able to enter the freeway safely on an entrance ramp.
