This is a revised review wherein I have changed my score from 5 to a 10. This is the result of the company actually reading my review and then calling and emailing me requesting that I call them to further discuss my issues. After having done so, I was impressed that the company was genuinely interested in trying to improve its service and took the time to personally contact me. As a gesture of their concern over my negative experience, they awarded me a few days of free parking. Based on this experience I will be using them again.

Easy to book and pay
We love everything about the parking spot accept the shocks in the shuttles seem to be shot. The ride to the airport and back is very rough. You can feel every crack in the road. I realize a lot of this is the road's fault and not the Parking Spot, but would love a smoother ride in the future.
I like Parking at The Spot 2. It’s convenient and easy. I love the door to door service. Most shuttle drivers will help you load and unload your luggage from the shuttle, which is great! On the return trip, expect to wait a little at the airport for pickup, they run slower than Spot 1. I love the free waters on the way out! One for the road home!!
