I LOVE that I can tip the driver thru the app. I think you should post that information more clearly in the shuttles and in the confirmation emails when booking a reservation so that people make sure and download the app.
The west parking could use a repaving project. But very convenient and the shuttle was quick!
Quick pickup service was great overall. The driver was polite, professional, and drove safely. He provided excellent customer service and communicated well with all passengers. The pickup was a little slow, but overall it was a great experience.

It's so easy to make and pay for reservations. There's a shuttle at your parking space before you get unloaded and they take you right to the door of the airport. The driver's are always very pleasant! There's very little wait time coming back also. It's a great service!
