Friendly staff, efficient shuttle operation, ease of check in and out.

We didn't have long to wait at drop off or pick up... our drivers were helpful, first driver was very helpful with telling us to remember our keys, wallet, and to take a photo of the card he handed out, which is good, as I didn't have the time to find it, but had the photo... I didn't care for his asking for tips, a total turn off... I wasn't prepared and then didn't feel like I wanted to then. Next driver was still helpful, and never asked, so he got tipped.

I love the ease of parking, the shuttle to airport and the ease of being picked up upon return. By using the app you don’t even have to call and you can track where your shuttle is. They also have good discounts.

The drivers are always friendly and helpful. I never have to wait long -- either in the parking lot or the airport. And even the person at the front gate is helpful. I've never had a bad experience at The Parking Spot.

I love everything about The Parking Spot and have been using them for several years. I love the security of a fenced in lot, covered parking, and free shuttle to/from the airport. The longest I've ever waited at the lot is 1-3 minutes, & the longest wait for airport pickup was 8 minutes. The price is usually fairly good, but if you book when "Specials" come out, it's very good.
