They have been taking care of my rugs for year. The technician have always been courteous, efficient and just plain good people. I have recommended Zero-Rez to other and my daughter who doesn’t have rugs recommendeds too.
I thought $44.00 was an extravegant price for the area rugs you cleaned. One of them was quite a bit smaller than the other. They also didn't get all of the spots out of the larger area rug, which was one of the main reasons I wanted you to do the carpet. The one bedroom that you cleaned had a bed that took up most of the space, so when I got charged an extra $10.00 for the closet I was surprised by that. Our house is not even a year old, and there are only 2 adults living there, so the carpets were really not that dirty, but we wanted to make sure they stay nice. We have used you several times in the past and were quite happy with the prices and results.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from your company. Our dog was ill and had an accident on the carpet. After paying 150 dollars for the small soiled area in my office and a couple small cushions, I feel like it was a complete waste of time and money. The soiled area smells worse than it did prior to the techs arrival. The carpet is also crunchy where it was cleaned. Very frustrating and disappointing.
