Well I am hired you because I like the idea that there's no residue left in the carpet.
I called an made an appointment and when I called to change the date, they said I was not scheduled. I scheduled again and got many messages confirming etc. Apparently, the first person did not know how to schedule. Perhaps you need to do additional training for people who schedule. The tech was great and appreciated all the calls to confirm.

I like that the carpets get cleaned without harsh chemicals, soaked carpets, and dry fast 😊.

There were some mistakes made but Zerorez stood behind their service and did everything to make it right. Really appreciate a company that stands behind their work/service and accepts responsibility and makes it right.
Great customer service
Personnel is very friendly and knowledgeable about carpeting. My carpet was heavily soiled in walkways and had dome pet stains caused by my aging dog. It was expensive carpeting less than 5 years old. I was going to replace it but could not get it done before Christmas. My daughter told me to call ZeroRez. When the technician was through I was shocked as my carpet looks like new. I highly recommend them. They are the only carpet cleaning company I will ever use.

Our appointment was a 9am and our carpets were still saturated when I arrived home at 7pm. When walking on them with my socks, then onto our hard wood my wet socks left wet foot prints wherever I walked - that's how wet our carpets still were 9 hours after our appt. I understand the technician asked my husband if he should use the fans. Isn't this just part of the regular service to always use the fans? We ended up puting on our own fans on and turned our heat up to 74 at 7pm that night, but several spots were still wet the next morning.

The employees are knowledgeable and go out of their way to take care of their customers doing a great job cleaning carpet and furniture.
Excellent service and product
I had two small upholstered chairs cleaned, in addition to carpeting in one room. When Anthony was finished, I noticed that the fabric on the "skirts" of the chairs didn't appear to be clean - there were still visible spots on them. Anthony explained that he couldn't clean those skirts because they have a cardboard insert to stiffen them. I understood the explanation, but I would have preferred to know AHEAD OF TIME that the chairs could not be cleaned completely. I'm not really sure how to solve the problem ... I'll have to figure out some kind of spot treatment, I guess. Would have been nice to have been informed before he started.
Also, there are a few dirt spots emerging on the carpet today -- Anthony explained that sometimes these stains wick up through from deep in the padding, and need to be recleaned. I appreciated that explanation. I will just have to reschedule, I guess, to have these spots cleaned again.
