Rug very clean, smells so clean, and this is my third rug cleaning with Zeroez and all three cleaners have very nice, conscience, pleasant.

The carpets were great, but the couch wasn’t very clean.
Quick response back. Easy to set up an appointment online. Technician was very communicative and easy to work with.
After the guy cleaned?? our carpets my wife went back over it and still had a lot of stuff fill the bag on the vacuum. The carpets were vacuumed before the guy got there, and they were still that dirty after he was done. I will admit that the carpets were in need of a cleaning, but what we received was not good. I mentioned to the person that scheduled the appointment that the people had a cat. she said that a special spray could be used. I don't think any thing was applied. The smell of cat is still there. So long story short I am not pleased with the service from zerorez.
I was a bit surprised by the cost, but happy with the results. I also was told I would receive my receipt, and I still haven't received it.

The representative was thorough and accommodating. The carpets are exceptionally clean and likely to remain so, since there is no soap residue to collect soil.
Simple, fast, all natural.
My only complaint is - thank you for wearing booties BUT don't wear them outside and then back inside. That defeats the purpose. I had to clean my white rug in front of the doorway and mop the wood floors because there were footprints from the front door to my bedroom. Thank you!

I couldn’t recommend this Zerorez enough.
They were respectful, courteous, punctual, and left the carpet cleaner than any other company has in the past.
Additionally, they came out to clean two rooms. However, after inspecting both rooms, they highly recommended that we have the carpet in one of the rooms replaced instead of cleaning it. They were willing to clean it, but because of all the stains that had soaked down to the subfloor from the previous owner’s pet, they recognized that replacing it would be in our best interest and most cost effective.
In today’s landscape of unethical business, it is a breath of fresh air to find a company you can trust to do the right thing, even if it means less profit for them.
The charge for stairs is set at 16 stairs automatically. I have a smaller home and I only have 14 yet I was charged for 16.
Despite that, I love love love how my carpet looks. I was totally in shock that the associate was able to get the pet stains left behind by my grandson's dog. Everything that was cleaned looks beautiful. Thankyou

Responsive, professional, and a superior clean.
Dominic was very friendly and kind. However he was undertrained and that is on you. His equipment did not work correctly and he had to call another technician to bring him equipment and that is on you. He thought he was only doing my 1 bedroom carpet. He didn’t get the memo on the 2 vinyl bathrooms and that is on you. Zerorez as a Company! I was quoted $91 - $216. Then on top of that up saled &25.00 for 2 small throw up stains from my dog. Heather or whomever was texting me didn’t seem to care one bit about my Saturday being shot by Zerorez 11-2 then waiting for redo technician until 5-7. Not right!!! I work full time and my weekends and my time iare valuable and worth something as well. You are broadcasting $33.00 dollars a room on the radio but yet discounting my bill was not a option. That is why you got a generous 2 by me because you never put me the customer first when none of the situation was my fault.. The very least you could do is cut my bill to $33.00 a room and call it done at $99.00 bucks.

Carpet is clean and not crusty
Scheduling is easy and the finished job is as advertised - no residue. Most importantly, the technician was not only knowledgeable but so considerate and careful in our house. He wore booties and was careful with the hose to protect the banister when going upstairs.
I love the professionalism, and that you use no soaps or harsh chemicals to clean!
