The technician was very knowledgeable, and courteous.
The cost was really high for cleaning three rooms a hallway and stairs. The technician was very nice and professional. The results were good but the cost was way too much.
Zack was conscientious and thorough. He was punctual. Carpets certainly looked better when he was done.

They have been back to fix the stains that were left behind. I’m not sure the stains are gone, if they aren’t still there, then the carpet is just unraveling from the two treatments. I’m generally not thrilled

Your carpet tech paid attention to detail and got the furniture and the carpet looking much better than it has looked in years. We both looked at the carpet and the furniture when he was done and we both agreed that it looked great. Seems now a line is visible in the carpet where it might have been where he ended or started pulling the carpet tool across the floor.

It was just okay. I didn't see a big difference in the carpet. At least its a lot cleaner than it was.
I just felt or hoped my carpets would have looked cleaner.

Didn’t get all the dirt up. I cleaned our vacuum then vacuumed the carpet and was surprised to see how dirt the carpet still was. I felt the pricing was high for what we got done.

Sebastian was very professional and personable and a pleasure to work with. He did a wonderful job and took out a couple rust stains that we did not think would come out of our carpets.
