Excellent company. The Technicians called before arriving and arrived in a very timely fashion. The Technicians were both friendly and informative. My carpet is pretty old but looked beautiful after it was shampooed. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future.

Hi- every single individual was nice and professional, just want to make sure I say that! I know its hard to find hard working, reliable people. I also recognize that the texture of our carpets and use over the years is tricky...however, it looks worse all over. I told the estimator that I know the high traffic areas are not going to come up because of natural wear and tear but now throughout the rest of the areas there is dark spots that weren't there before. It honestly looks like the dirt was spread every where. I'm hoping we can find a reasonable solution. Thanks! -Melissa

"The Zerorez technician, Greg, was top-notch! Even though my carpets are only a year old, I'd begun to notice some dinginess in main traffic areas, the beginnings of matting in others, and shedded dog hair everywhere. My vacuum cleaner couldn't keep-up with all of that! You see, my adult daughter had fallen upon hard-times, so she and her dog stayed with me for several months until she got back on her feet. Greg restored the cleanliness, luster and softness to my carpets, as well as to my 60" x 70" long-hair shaggy throw rug. With their lickety-split quick drying-time, now they're in like-new condition! Bonus: Greg applied some Zerorez proprietary protection-guard to my carpets at a good $ price. That'll extend their good looks and feel. So if my daughter and her dog return, then at least my carpets will hold-up longer than before! LOL!"

I am impressed with the options for cleaning my carpets. It is nice to know that zeroez also does upholstery and tile.

The carpet cleaner let me know he was running late and then showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and did a very thorough job.

Technician came back with fans but we still have concerns.
My carpet is faded and still smells bad. I paid a load of $ for not much result and just wanted fair compensation but was denied.
The tech was prompt, explained how the service worked and did a thorough job of cleaning the carpet.
The scheduling was easy. The visit was made timely and service provided was what was requested and at the price advertised. All in all, a very pleasant, efficient experience.
