Really seems no different than cheaper carpet cleaning services I have used before. I prevacuumed, moved all my own furniture, Technician was in my house less than an hour. No one walked on the carpet while it dried. Once it dried, I ran my hand across it and my hand was covered in hair. I vacuumed and half filled my vacuum canister. So what did I pay $350 for?
I appreciate the environmentally responsible focus. I've had carpets cleaned and ducts cleaned and both times the experience was very positive.

Nothing... While my carpets weren't that dirty, I thought they'd look newer once they got cleaned. I think they're just poor quality. The service itself was fine.

Feels like a super scam. Endless add-ons, sales gimmicks, and not as clean as I've had done before by other companies but more expensive.
This is my second time using Zeroez and I wouldn't trust any other company to take care of my wool carpet. Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and take care when moving about my home. I highly recommend Zeroez!
Your whole Advertising message is about not using chemicals or excessive water. Our carpets were soaked and one room took a couple days to fully dry and is now stiff and crunchy even after vacuuming. It also ended up costing 3 1/2 times what we originally heard as your “special promotion “ It was almost $350 for 3 partial rooms and our carpet is only 9 months old. We had a few spots where our puppy had had little accidents. Not reasonable and we wouldn’t recommend you to others.

This is the second time I’ve used your services. Once to clean my carpet and this time to clean my air ducts. Both times I was impressed with the professionalism of the service technicians, they ensured I knew exactly what they would be doing and what the cost would be. They were extremely careful not to make a mess in the house. When I need these services again, you will be the one I call.
I recently had my heating ducts cleaned. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Victor and the job he did. He was also consciousientious of not scraping my walls of furniture with his equipment. I highly recommend Zerorez and I already have them scheduled to return to clean my carpets.
