Carpet was still pretty wet the next day in some rooms

The carpet tech who cleaned our office did an absolutely fabulous job! Our carpet had been thru the ringer and we didn't have very high expectations for how it would turn out. We have never had our carpets cleaned this well before by any other company and even once by Zerorez before. Our carpet tech really put in the effort to do a great job!! So impressed, we will definitely be scheduling with Zerorez next time. And the cost compared to other bids we received was very affordable.

Because Justin did SUCH a good job on my couch he showed me how different my huge 8 x 10 rug would look if he also did my beautiful but DINGY rug. Of course I said "YES" to having him come by and do that and a few other high traffic rugs. NIGHT AND DAY difference! You are THE BEST carpet cleaning product I have ever seen. However, it also comes down to the awesome technician and BOOM, with Justin as your tech...you have a perfect, perfect combo for fantastic results and even BETTER service. We appreciated the professionalism of the young man who cleaned our bedroom carpet after a leak from our humidifier. He worked diligently to clean and remove the water stain. He did have to come back and treat it the second time and made sure it was dry and the stain was gone. They do a great job and I recommend them highly. They have cleaned for us before too.
Carpets look and smell fantastic
All the follow up is annoying and you offer a 20% off follow up work within 14 is annoying when I paid for a premium service already.

My carpets are really clean after having Zerorez. One room of carpet was really dirty and it came out looking good.
Great workers and clean carpets!
The carpets were not left very wet. They finished drying quickly and look fabulous.
Another vacuuming and they looked even better. The workers were kind and courteous.
Very attentive to not dinging or scratching the furniture with their corner guards.
They were on time and worked hard and brought the finished cleaning time in just over
an hour. Very impressive and I’ll make sure and recommend this company to others.

Oh my GOODNESS, what can I say about those two, Mike and Travis. Absolutely, hands down the BEST carpet cleaners I have ever had in my entire life (I'm 61, TODAY, and I'm writing this review on my Birthday!)
I couldn't believe the knowledge that Mike has about carpets and solutions and just about everything. And you talk about passion...Travis just LOVES what he does and loves actually seeing his results. He had to have worked on my couch for at least and hour. We took before and after pictures and its incredible. The couch looks BRAND NEW!

Every time we have used Zerorez, the employees have been polite, professional, and efficient. They take care while cleaning the carpets by putting protectors on the corners throughout the house where the hoses might scratch or leave marks. They have always worn protectors on their shoes. Nothing to complain about. Their service has always been simple and straightforward and they get the job done, often being able to come out a day or two after calling them for an appointment.

Since the carpet has dried you can't really tell it was ever cleaned. High traffic areas and pet areas look just as they did before the carpet was cleaned. We have used ZeroRez h
exclusively for our carpet cleaning for years and our carpets have never looked this bad after a cleaning. I'm not sure the technician paid much attention to detail as this was the fastest carpet cleaning we have ever had compared to other cleanings in the past. I would like a different technician to come out and touch up the high traffic and pet areas please.
over the years we have hired many companies to clean our carpets. We will never use any company other than Zero Rez ever!!!!!!! Hands down, they get your carpets clean and their employees are fast, polite, very competent. We highly suggest you check them out. You won't be disappointed!!!
Reliable and friendly service
Carter did a great job and checked in with me often to approve his work. He explained the process from the beginning and even helped me figure out how to manage customer flow since we were still open while he was cleaning. He showed me his work on a final walk through, and told me where he had to spend a little extra time so I could be mindful of those places in the future.
