Customer service was outstanding. Our tech, Anthony, was beyond wonderful. He knew what he was doing and did a great job. As always, Zerorez dried in no tim and no weird carpet cleaning smells hanging around. Would highly recommend Zerorez!

The guy that did it was very chatty, but too much, He was nice but he did ask to use the bathroom and did #2. I know we all do it, but I have never had anyone ask to use bathroom before. He did a good job, but I think he needs to be educated on what is appropriate.

I really like the onsite protocol - reviewing the job scope/cost before starting, specific options discussed after seeing some special needs, touch-less electronic payment/receipt upon completion, overall Covid protocol throughout. I felt totally involved and informed in the specific service delivered, and the carpet looks beautiful.

The person who came to do our carpets was pleasant to work with, worked efficiently and the carpets came out looking great.
I chose this company, despite costing a lot more than the other companies, because of the good reviews on here. I honestly have no clue how people are leaving good reviews?! Maybe I just got the wrong person but it was not a good experience for me. First of all, the girl who came was not friendly whatsoever, did not introduce herself, and never once smiled the entire time she was here. When I answered the door I said hello come on in and she didn’t say one word she just walked in and awkwardly waited for me to do all the talking, which I did. I was like ok here’s the living room this is one of the rooms I need cleaned, she said nothing, I said should I show you around the other rooms? She said “yes.” And that was about all the talking she did besides when I asked about why my carpet still looked darker in one area and if I needed a special stain cleaner for that or something in which she replied “there’s nothing I can do about that.” It seems like she was in a bad mood and a very big hurry and the work done was half assed! I paid extra for pet treatment and carpet fiber protector and she barely misted anything on there or did anything special? And the entire upstairs was done so fast I don’t even know if it was really cleaned. Also I don’t know what she sprayed in our hallway but the carpet has hard spots now and isn’t as soft! I watched her do the stairs so fast and they don’t look any better. Oh and lastly, she pulled up the carpet in our living room where it connects to the vinyl flooring and then just left it and now I’m having a hard time tucking it back in to the vinyl flooring how it was? Might need to hire someone to stretch it and tuck it now... not a good experience at all for me and I feel like I just threw money away.

It’s easy to schedule an appointment and technicians always arrive within the agreed-upon window. And my carpets always end up looking very clean. You guys have taken care of me for 10 years and I don’t see that ever-changing.

My laminate flooring still had dirty places under the kick place areas I had to clean myself, and the equipment they used was broken and it leaked all over. ZeroRez services I’ve used in other locations has always been so much better. I’m disappointed.
