Love working with you folks! It's so easy to schedule an appointment and the people that come out take great care of the house.
I was surprised at the approach of not moving furniture. From past experience all furniture was moved on slides and then sat back on foam squares so the carpet could still dry. Our rep didn't want to move the couches or dressers or beds...even though we offered to do the moving.
We also had one bathroom that was missed.

The service is just too expensive for me to want to refer it to other people. I’m embarrassed to even admit to my Significant Other how much I spent. It was done well, but having some serious buyer’s remorse. I don’t see enough improvement to be happy with spending that kind of money. I feel like stain treatment should be included in carpet cleaning. That’s kind of why you clean carpets in the first place. There are dents in my carpet now too where the spot cleaning machine was and I’ve vacuumed it several times. I imagine it will be a permanent impression on the carpet.
Pricing was fair. Setting up an appointment was easy. Communication was great through the entire process with the company and the technician the day of service. The results were great. I could really tell there was a huge difference.

The gentleman were really friendly and tried to get out some of the stains that I showed them. There was a small red stain that they were able to get out however once the carpets had dried that small red stain has now spread to a large area. So now instead of a small red stain I have a large pink/red stain. Disappointing!

We love the high-quality of services that your staff provides. Emphasis is on quality not quantity in that there’s was no rush in making sure that things were done right. We didn’t feel like we were just another customer on a long schedule. Our carpets looked beautiful and we saw all the stuff coming up from our vents which really shocked us that we were breathing that. It was worth every penny we spent. Wish we had done them sooner.
