Large spots were left on our carpet after it was cleaned 6 months ago. The spots showed up within a day or two of the cleaning. However, I was diagnosed with cancer within a few days of the carpet cleaning, so I did not call because our priorities suddenly changed. I recently called to have the spots addressed, and when the cleaning was finished, the house smelled absolutely awful. It made me feel very ill and the carpets stayed wet for over 48 hours, until I called and requested fans to be brought over. This dried the carpet and the carpet was cleaned again after they dried. However, there is still a slight odor in the room. The spots should not have come up when the carpets were cleaned 6 months ago and the carpets were absolutely soaked and not drying efficiently both times they have been cleaned, making our home smell very disgusting. Perhaps a better vacuum would help to pull up the moisture. Or perhaps the carpet was too wet when cleaned. I am not sure, but I truly DREAD the next time we need to have our carpets cleaned.

The technician did an amazing job! He worked very diligently to get our sectional sofa to almost brand new condition. And after having three dogs all over it, it needed some real love! We are very impressed the work and end result.

When on the phone making the appointment you can ask about rooms that might be larger than normal. I was charged an extra fee on the day of service for a room that was considered oversized. I was not told at the time of making my appointment that there was a category of extra large rooms.
As soon as the tech walked in my front door he was asking if I needed any special treatments for like urine because he could kind of smell it as soon as he walked in the door. I have no pets and I am toilet trained myself so nothing has peed on my carpet. It’s OK to ask for extra treatments but to make the comment that the clients carpet smells like pee is very subjective and insulting. The house was completely empty at the time so nothing else in the house could have smelled like pee.
Really didn't get carpets clean.
I stopped by with my rug that needed to be cleaned and was helped immediately. I feel like it will be cleaned professionally and that I will be notified as soon as it is ready. It seems like the young lady who helped me was thoroughand my information was taken quickly and accurately.

The technician who came to clean out upholstery was excellent. They were conscience of our home and the chairs now look like new! I''m sorry we waited so long to schedule this cleaning and we will certainly use Zerorez again soon.

I like the product used. It seemed to me like the best cleaning product available for cleaning carpets and it smells so fresh. The workman called ahead and was on time. The process only took an hour and a half. The carpet looks great!
