The ease of setting up the appointment. Having Nick put on booties before coming into the house and once in the house explaining what was going on beforehand. Nick took his time and did a good job cleaning my rugs. I’ve been using Zerorez the last few years with no regrets.
I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their carpets professionally cleaned. Great service, friendly technicians, reliable. We'll keep coming back!
First, the machine to clean the wood floors was broken. Second, the hose and the liquid container were dragged across our front lawn. Within 24 ours we saw the grass was yellow from the hose, and the container created a 2' x 2' dead space in our boulevard. My husband has an immaculate landscape and turf to match. We are very disappointed with the damage to our lawn. The attitude of Levi's boss with his curt remarks were quite unprofessional.
Everything turned out great.
Prices are fair and my technician was courteous and informative. He did leave a bottle of fabric spray here.
The Zerorez employee worked hard, did a good job, and was very helpful. I would use them again.
I think the Zerorez process is hard to beat! I haven’t used another carpet cleaning company since I first became acquainted with their methods shortly after the company began business in Boise many years ago. I don’t hesitate to recommend them!

Nick was quick and efficient. The few stains I had on my carpet are now gone. It is soft and looks amazing.
We vacuumed the carpets the day after you cleaned them with a Hyla water filter type vacuumed. The amount of hair and solids (dirt, filth) was as if the carpet had not been cleaned at all. What you did cannot be called a carpet cleaning.

Carpet in my front bedroom stinks like wet dog even after the carpets dried
I understand that furniture doesn't need to be off the carpet because of your process, but it makes me feel better if it is so it can dry thoroughly without anything in the way and I feel like my technician didn't want to help me with that. (I couldn't move the couch myself.)
In addition, he wore his shoes on the carpet without booties...then when he did wear the booties, he wore them out to the van and back. Kind of defeats the purpose of wearing them.
Otherwise, I really do think he did a good job and my carpets look nice.

we are so impressed with the job that Wes did for us on our carpets. he didn't try to get us to do more than what was needed. he was very respectful and courteous. We learned a lot from him educating us on the whole ordeal. we will definifely use Zerorez again. we will tell our friends and family that flip houses a lot besides their own to use Zerorez.

Tell people that there is extra 27 dollar charge for xlarge room when giving them a quote maybe assume a 2000sqft house has a larger than normal living room and quote for it instead of giving a quote of 270 and then it actually being over 300.
