Your Tech was very professional and explained everything perfectly. Levi did a fantastic job.

For starters, NO chemical smell, drying time is fast. Technicians are friendly and efficient!
A little more quality control. Although the carpet cleaning was excellent, they chipped a piece of wood from the bottom of the master bedroom dresser. Probably didn’t notice the damage, but still happened.

Work a bit more on spots
He was very friendly and done what we needed quickly.
Fast efficient service. Great technician who explained everything to me and let me amend my service order on the spot to add additional services, and take one service away. He even shoveled the snow on my walkway so his hoses wouldn’t track in the snow. He was fantastic.
Arrived ahead of time, clearly explained scope of work and got it. Answered all our quesstions clearly

My technician was awesome - very thorough in explaining everything and gave me all the information up front. He did a great job and I highly recommend Zerorez.
Your workmen were prompt and dependable. They came when they said they would, did not mess around or waste time. Were friendly and helpful and seemed very respectful of my home, where I have lived for 58 years. They knew exactly what they were to do and got right at it. They didn't break or damage anything and left things very neat and clean.

We have used Zerorez twice now and both times they have done a wonderful job. The techs are professional and do a great job. Are carpets always look great and are not soaked like other carpet cleaners.
