I vacuumed the carpets today and there was a lot of dirt and dog hair picked up from the carpet just after a half of a day of being cleaned

The technicians did a super job. They discussed everything with me. They proceeded to go through with a black light, to see what spots were in my carpet.Then thoroughly cleaned my carpets. They were extremely professional and very nice to deal with. They answered every question I asked.

I was impressed that my technician came out again to make sure I was happy with the job and redid the traffic areas until they were as clean as the rest of the carpet.

Was supposed to hear from the owner about color matching stained areas but he didn’t respond to several left messages. Would be nice to hear back as to when this is going to be addressed

I called to request cleaning for two wall to wall rugs in our home. They had an opening for the next day. Technician, Sabastian, had a opening earlier in the day we were scheduled so he called to see if we would be interested in an earlier time. We agreed. He arrived on time. He was courteous, had a professional attitude and was friendly. He checked the rugs first asking about any issues such as did we have pets, described all options available, described what he was going to do and answered questions. The price he quoted was very reasonable. He first placed bumpers on the corners of all the walls to protect them from their hoses. He was very thorough. No unpleasant chemical smell. The rugs look great. Very pleased.

How fast it dries

Non-chemical cleaning, just water. Dries fast, no residue, friendly technician.

My carpet looks refreshed and smells clean. It is 5 years old and a light fleck. It gets worn hard with my goldendoodle but every time you clean my carpets they look amazing.

The worker explained all he would be doing and was very thorough. He did a great job on the carpets and we were very pleased. We will be using Zerorez again.

Zerorez is quick, thorough and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

Overall they do a great job and you do not have to deal with a wet carpet. They have an excellent hardwood floor cleaner...does a great job on cleaning and spotless.

The cleaning does not get things as clean as would like. Appreciate the limited chemical use but would still like better results.

There were several spots left on my carpet after the cleaning. I used a clean white wet cloth and they came right out when I rubbed them. I f need to remove all the spots before the cleaning, I may need to find another service.

Carpet in hallway and guest bedroom is damaged from where the tech cleaned.
