You guys do a great job
Always great quality and customer service.
It was dry sooner than any other company I have used. The service man work extra hard on cleaning my chair. He said he would work on it until I was satisfied.

Making an appointment was easy, fast, service was prompt, on time. Technician fully explained my options and prices before he began working so there were no surprises. This was the first time I used Zerorez and I was extremely happy with the results! No chemical smells or overpowering scents just very clean carpets and upholstery. I also entrusted them with a family heirloom area rug and am excited to see how that cleans up! Technician was very courteous, pleasant, thorough and got the work done quickly.

My carpet is less than 2 yrs old and very expensive/plush carpet. i questioned about the wetness as i made the apt. they said 4 hrs. My carpet was still wet after 24 hrs and we could not open up the house - too cold. I waited to vacuum several days to make sure it was 100% dry but when i did, the carpet still looks dirty in the walk areas and some darker spots (confirmed not animal urine) are still visible. I paid extra for the top coat to be added (not sure if it helps but thought i would try) and prior to the tech leaving, there were areas that needed cleaned again, but then he left, the top layer didn't get put back on an those areas still look dingy. i would like a call back from a supervisor as i feel like i waisted my money and time.

Good service and reliability and CLEAN carpets
I recently had my heating ducts cleaned. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Victor and the job he did. He was also consciousientious of not scraping my walls of furniture with his equipment. I highly recommend Zerorez and I already have them scheduled to return to clean my carpets.
