The dark normal wear on my carpet is still there. Should of been able to get out. Stanley Steemer even got out red wine stains. And wear and tear!

Carpets feel and look clean but there is no “wet carpet” smell. The odor that’s been lingering in our home is gone. I was disappointed when told there was no foil to put on floor under our wood furniture to protect it from the wet. He used the foam blocks when he could (weight considerations).
The young man who came to do the cleaning was very polite and kind. He assured me he would do his best to remove the excess traffic spots and he did. He worked his tail off.

You have cleaned my 20 year old carpets for several years now and I am well pleased. All stains are removed and the carpet is so soft after it dries. Listening to Joe Prin got me started and as usual he doesn't steer anyone wrong. Jared did a very nice, quick cleaning and took the time to check that there weren't any biological stains that would need extra treatment.
That your process actually is zero rez! Carpet actually stays clean longer than others I’ve tried.
