I was very happy with the technician and the job he did! I like the Zerorez process and how clean it gets my carpet.

The tech. left the door open while working inside my home, he didn’t wear booties and he didn’t shut the front gate once done with job. I had to ask home to close front door as much as possible. He was a nice young man who did take time to explain process. He just needs to remember etiquette!

Great results and technician was helpful getting the most benefit out of the visit.
We have used Zerorez on at least two other occasions and have always been very satisfied. This time, the technician was not as thorough as he should have been but Zerorez immediately came back and recleaned the couches and did an excellent job. The couches ended up being cleaner than we expected they would be. Thank you for the excellent customer service! We will definitely be calling again when we need furniture our flooring cleaned.

I thought that Nick was very professional and helpful. He did an excellent job on our carpets and was well informed. He was able to remove a stain that hadn't be removed in prior visits. He helped set up our fans and communicated with us well. He is the best Zerorez employee we have ever had work in our home. I would ask for Nick the next time because I was so pleased with him professional and he was thoughtful and kind.
I was very happy with the results and with the hard work by my technician Nick.
One issue I did have, which I'm not mad about, I just wanted to let you know that the product that was used on our wood floors (maintenance coat) accidentally got splashed on my dishwasher and my stove. They are stainless steel and I can't get it off. I'm not sure what to use to get it off without ruining the finish. It is also on my countertops from the bottom of the jug of the product was set.
Any suggestions?

Punctual, affordable, and Nick was very friendly and courteous. He even called to inform that he'd be able to stop by earlier than anticipated. Overall this was a great first experience with Zerorez and will definitely continue to do business with them.
It appears the bottom of my cushions were not cleaned as well as they could have been. I found dried food stuck the bottom of one. Plus, while the furniture is cleaner that it was, it isn’t as clean as I had hoped they would be. Maybe it is stained permanently and there is nothing that can be done. I don’t know.

I think his name was Cody, he called before to let me know he would arrive at 8:30 and he was on time, explained what he was doing and got straight to work, did everything he said he would and was gone in about an hour. Very efficient and knowledgeable Would like to request he return in 6 months to clean the carpet again. He really knows what he is doing.
