I have been a little disappointed by the results of the last two appointments. Maybe we just had a really great tech this first time we received service or maybe what we needed done just wasn’t the right fit. Two appointments ago it was an area rug and sofa. This last appointment was a shower stall. I have been using your services for clients. Not sure what to do.

I booked online and you overcharged me. It was suppose to be 23 percent off.there are many spots. I told the technician he said to call and have zerorez come back instead of redoing the problem. Come back and redo the Spots and redo the invoice

I loved being able to set up a time for you to come without having to answer a ton of questions. He came on time, we agreed on what level of clean I was wanting and then he got to work. He did a great job. Did what he said he would. He even honored a coupon that I had that didn't exactly match my situation. That saved me some money.
