Person who cleaned was very patient and answered all my questions regarding cost and what would be most cost effective. He removed all the stains and the carpet is much brighter now.
I have used Zerorez since the company first came to Boise and I am happy to have them back when I need cleaning, plus have no problem given them referrals! Their service is very good and I like the entire concept of the empowered water and cleaning process, plus their care for the environment with disposal of the water after cleaning.
Very clean smell and the carpets feel like they did when they were new. They are courteous, professional and prompt.
Good service. The only complaint is that we were told the carpet should essentially be dry in a few hours, but after over 24 hours, none of it feels completely dry and there are places where it is still very wet.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily and the technician was willing to text with me while on vacation since I had bad service. We had our house sitter check it out and they did a great job on the old carpets, they looks so fresh and clean. I would recommend zerorez.
Nick was a great service person -- he was neat, polite, and kept doing his job -- despite
the fact that his machine in the truck kept konking out and he finally had to get another truck to finish the job. Nick kept his cool.

The associate was very nice and explained everything in great detail so I would know what to expect. Thought it smelled great and it got all my stains out and my carpet looked brand new again. Yay!

A little more quality control. Although the carpet cleaning was excellent, they chipped a piece of wood from the bottom of the master bedroom dresser. Probably didn’t notice the damage, but still happened.
