The large curtain and rod was pulled down and left in a heap on the floor for me put back up until I was able to catch them in time to help put it back up. Turns out they broke the rod and left two gashes in the wall. I now need to sand and fix these bay window walls. They also damaged the white stair railing scrapping the paint off with what I assume was the large ladder- the one worker offered to paint it if I got him the paint but I wanted it right so I declined. They left a vent part on the carpet and found they didn’t put many things back all over the house - just sloppy work!!
Then the quote was off by -/+ $200.00 and they told me they couldn’t clean the dryer duct because it came out through the roof- I was like what?? I showed them it was simply behind the wall of where the dryer was behind a garbage can. So disappointing!!
Kept in communication regarding appointment and arrival time. Technician called after finishing job; provided excellent service.
Very thorough and great job
Staff was very knowledgeable about their products, informed me about several other cleaning services they provide but was not pushy about it. Also I had him clean my big wall in closet and before he did he told me the cost (which was minimal ) but I appreciated him being upfront before cleaning it.
Isaac and Jackson were very courteous and completed the cleaning in less than two hours. The carpets look great!
