Nice friendly tech, hard workers. They show up on time.
They were unable to get the pet smell out of my carpet. Even after spending $240.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, urine and pet odors can be difficult to get out of the carpet, depending on the amount of soiling in the carpet. Depending on the budget you choose, we have several options to remove odors from the carpet. We don't always know how much treatment and work it is going to take to remove the odors from your carpet. We are always happy to come back out and do some additional treatments to help remove the odor.

My carpets look great!
I had a few spots on the carpet that appeared to be gone when the carpet was wet. They reappeared when the carpet was dry. I am not pleased with that but don't know what can be done differently?

It was extremely expensive. I have a small less than 1300 square foot house and it was $210. My friend got her 3000 square foot house cleaned with another company for around $135. I was also upset that I explained EXACTLY what dimensions my bedrooms were and everything else including closets and the small maybe 4 x 10 landing over the phone when I was quoted the price of $180. When they came to my house I was told that the small master walk in closet and small top landing between bedrooms would be another $40, but they would throw in the closet for free, so only $30 extra. That is ridiculous. I was quoted a price when I was very specific and then to be told it would be even more that the already outrageous $180 I was quoted for my small areas. Also, I called from a radio ad and was under the impression there was some discount given for being referred from there. Lastly, when he left, my carpet was crunchy to walk on, and once it was walked on for a day it looked exactly the same as before, and it smelled like mildew in the upstairs bedrooms, like really gross watery smell. It did not smell nice at all like it usually does after carpet cleaning. I would not recommend you to anyone.
The only nice part was the guy who came. He was very pleasant. But the entire company process and cleaning was not good at all.
THE PERSONNEL DOING THE JOB ARE ALWAYS POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAIN WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO DO.NICHOLAS WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME UNCLOG MY VACUUM CLEANER WHILE WAITING FOR AN AREA TO DRY.

The man that did our carpet was so knowledgeable about carpet and the problem areas that we have. Our carpet looks wonderful after his cleaning and treatment of it. So nice to have such clean carpet and to have someone who cares about doing a good job.
I loved how quick the process was and that the floors were dry the next day. Nick was able to get all the stains out of the carpet and it looked and felt so much better. I appreciated the green aspect of the products and that Nick explained every layers as he was working. Nice worked very hard on the stain in my car and sadly we couldn't get it out but they look so much better then they did. The only issue I had was the time of arrival. I had booked the appointment a month in advance because I needed it done on that day at that time. I was never told it was a time block. I emailed the week before to confirm the time of 3:00 and was never told then it was a time block of 2-5:00. When they called me 2 days before the appointment they told me it was a time block then, and I told them that didn't work I made the appointment for 3pm and I couldn't be there before and I had appointments after that. So you can imagine the day of the appointment when 330 rolled around and I called the office they told me the tech was not going to make it until 430 or 500. I had to cancel my other obligations I had that day and sit to wait. It was not ideal for me on that day. Other then that little issue......everything was great. Thankfully for Zerorez Nick Jones was an awesome person and made up for the scheduling issue.

Truthfully, other then the lack of a chemical smell, I did not see much difference between zerorez and other companies.
That's good to know- we can do the same thing other companies can without using the chemicals they do! It has been shown by the CRI that the Zerorez system can pull out more dirt than other traditional systems, but because we don't use the chemicals that they do, carpets will stay cleaner longer, especially with regular maintenance.
Our carpet looked great when he was done.
