You charged the right amount but split it the wrong way. It should be the other way .

Kyle was very courteous and explained the cleaning process before starting. He asked me about any problem areas that I had concerns about. He was fast and efficient. I had someone ask me today if I had put new carpets in, I told him no just had them cleaned by zerorez.

No chemicals
Carpets were a till wet after 6 hours and the price increased at the time of payment because he said he didn't add in the stairs. When I called in I told the person I spoke with then I wanted the stairs done also. Not super happy about paying more money.

My appointment was double booked and was great inconvenience for Saturday, as we were expecting an 11Am call. tech finally arrived at 3PM. we had to leave and return after he was done with no walk through.
On time, the cleaning was well done, the technician was polite and friendly.

After you clean, the previously soiled areas don't collect dirt and re-appear like the do with other methods. Good for those highly allergic. Have recommended you several times already.
