Availability, Flexability, And A Commitment To Their Customer Base.... I feel like a part of the Zerorez family. I can't tell you how many times they have come to the rescue of my employers home with very short notice: if not hours.... Their service and products are priceless. Environmentally safe! Just Luvem!

The pet urine spots I specifically needed cleaned still smell like urine even after the special urine treatmen .
Carpets look clean and fresh, stains gone or diminished, smell's great.
The product did a great job on our floors and the young men were very professional & efficient, they called and came early so we are very happy. Thank you.

The two young men were happy, pleasant and extremely helpful since they came about 2-3 hours early and we were not ready. They worked quickly and did a fantastic job!!!! I cannot believe how GREAT our carpet looks now. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to all my friends. Also I wasn't sure that Paul J wasn't getting a special deal but I know now he is correct on what a great job they do.
I said my bedroom was 120 sq', but they never moved anything except for two chairs.
On the dining room rug, they left a mess on the tassel on the South end of the rug.
I had the tech clean 3 VERY SMALL rooms. He recommended some odor treatment for $65 (!!!!) for EACH VERY SMALL ROOM. I was a little put off by this. Overall the tech was great. But clearly he has been directed to upsell, and with something that would have more than doubled the cost of my cleaning. I didn't try it, so I can't say whether it would be worth it, but it is hard for me to imagine anything being worth that much money for such small spaces. I would have liked to have seen more confidence in your product, without having to recommend an additional product.

Alex cleaned my Rocker/recliner and the cushions to a platform rocker...He worked efficiently and with such care for my furniture and home ..I was very thankful and impressed...Thank you so much Alex....I will ask for you to do my next carpet cleaning too..
Professional, friendly, WOW! It is like having a brand new couch! So worth the money. I spoke with several companies and Zerorez was by far the friendliest, most professional, and easiest to work with. Their pricing was also much better than other local companies.
The carpets look great but the technician broke my vertical blind on my patio door. I know it was an accident but is costing me $80.00 to fix.
After cleaning your carpets look like brand new. Some of our carpets are over 30 years old and they still look great. It is also very fast drying. Make sure your spots are clean before doing this process as this does not seem to clean spots, like urine. They will ask you if there are any spots and I have always said no as I assumed the empowered water would take out all the spots. My mistake. Great service. Thanks
