Timely
Made our carpets like new again! After a nasty tenant, who let a dog pee (56 spots counted). You guys saved us so much money! All the stains came out!
The cleaning job was good, stains that we thought wouldn't come out did. I wasn't expecting the high pressure sales for additional services and I would tell someone if I recommended the service about the 'car salesmanship'. All I wanted was my carpet cleaned and I already checked your website for additional services.

I like Alex, but I felt he didn't put enough Fiber Protector on the Carpets after he was threw cleaning, I felt for the Price it should of been applied like the cleaning was, all over not so quick and not so sparingly.

Thank you for your comment and feedback! One of the challenges we have as a professional company is overcoming the idea that more is better. We are unique to the cleaning world because we are trying to teach that more chemical is not better, especially in soaps and detergents. The same is true for the protector that we use; in our application we want to put the right amount, and not what "feels" right, because what feels right might actually be a detriment to the results that you are looking for.
Our protector is unique because it is made with our Empowered Water, allowing it to penetrate deeper into the fiber, and allowing a better coating to be applied that a normal protector. More is not needed, and can start to feel "sticky" if too much is applied.
We also use a high volume application sprayer, and so while it may look like we are going quickly, a large amount of product is being applied to the surface, and if we go slowly, too much product is applied.
that they don't have soaps in them, don't produce chemicals in the air and don't harm my cats or us that walk on the rugs.

I like that soap is not used, and feel this is the best job ever done by a carpet cleaner. It also didnt take very long which is a plus.
I was amazed how well my carpet came clean, thought I was going to have to pull it out because of 2 pet accidents from a large dog. My carpet looks like new! I have already recommended zerorez to friends
No chemicals
We had a coffee stain that we paid an extra $35 for but it is still noticeable.
The gentleman was very polite and courteous and very professional . Wish I would have known about the product early . For some stains
were all ready set in the carpet, other than that I was very happy with everything.

My carpet usually has a nice clean citrus smell after you clean it. This time it smells like musty dirty carpet.

Floors look very clean and drying time less than regular carpet cleaning.
my stairs were cleaned down the middle...the day after when dried it was so obvious...I wanted to move my bed but couldn't so now when I move out I will have a difference in color..charged $50 to remove a small area of wax... next day I hand cleaned close to my bed where it wasn't moved ..ridiculous after spending $170 plus..for two rooms and stairs...
Hi Pamela- as we discussed when we scheduled your appointment, we do not move beds, dressers, desks, entertainment centers, etc, for the liability such work can bring. We do our best to try to help our customers, but sometimes there are things we just cannot do, such as moving large beds.
As to the stairs, we do spend extra time on the middle of the stair, because that is where the traffic occurs on them.
We do have a 30 day guarantee on our work, and are more than happy to reclean the stairs for you if you are not happy how they turned out. It is very important to remember, though, that carpet is made out of plastic, and if it is not cared for properly with regular vacuuming, cleaning, and reprotecting, that damage will become permanent. This is one of the reasons manufacturers do not warranty stairs- they are the most trafficked and least vacuumed area of any in the house.

Friendly, prompt and thorough cleaning service. We operate a preschool with 3-4 year old children. Little ones get on the floor to play and we feel secure in the knowledge that there are no harsh soap residues remaining on the carpets. We have not had anyone with sensitivities or allergies have any adverse reactions when we employ Zerorez to clean our carpets.
Very professional, we like having the fans going while he was doing other rooms. Our bonus room was the only room that did take a little longer to dry and stairs. Other services were mentioned that could be done by your company. He took pride in his work. Having extra fans circulating besides is very nice. We recived the referral from a local business.

I have a family member with strong allergies to chemicals. There are no strong smells with Zerorez
