Cleaned the carpets better than any previous competiter
well...Zerorez kind of say's it all. There was no sticky residue left on the carpet. And your tech did a great job. There was however under the kitchen counter a strip he didn't get.
I guess I expected a miracle, so.... Your imployee was polite and worked hard to get the stains removed. The carpet was more wet than I explected and therefore it took a while longer to dry, even when using fans. The carpet looks 100% better, however (it was very dirty).
You always work me in and does a great job!!!

I am a repeat customer of zerorez for annual carpet cleaning. They are always courteous and prompt when placing my order, providing pre-visit information and calling in advance before the arrival of their serviceperson. The service people have been neat, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The work has been thoroughly and efficiently accomplished as well as reasonably priced. I particularly like the fact that there is no stiff residue feeling on the carpet and that it dries very quickly. I recommend zerorez highly.

The cleaning staff was on time and courteous. Explained the cleaning system and went to work. I appreciate that the empowered water that is used does not leave a residue on my carpet to attract dirt. I also had my tile and grout cleaned and sealed on my master bathroom floor. The grout color looks even again and so much better. I will use Zerorez again in the future and will recommend them to my friends.
