Removing the dirty water to your van is why we like it and since Joe Prin recommended it , we felt we could trust these services. The young man was very professional and also answered our questions.
The use of a product that won't leave residue on our carpets. Leaving them clean longer.
Tech did a good job, but had no idea what offer I had been given. He asked if I had a Living Social coupon and I told him that his office did not tell me that I needed to buy one, that there was a promotion available and she would offer it to me. I accepted and appointment was booked. As a customer, that's all I need to know. Tech kept arguing with me to the point that I almost asked him to leave. Finally, he called his boss and came back in and said everything was fine. Then he spent the next 5 minutes telling me why I should not have gotten the offer and how their promotions work. I don't care about your office problems. Please just do a good job and stop talking!!!!!!!!!
Nick was great and helped me figure out what was best for my budget...lots of add ons made it a bit expensive though and that was a bit disappointing.

Very happy with the carpet cleaning service. Stains from my dog were removed. However, I thought you'd want to know that both times our cleanings were done, the technician sprayed something on our yard that burned our grass. Just wanted you to know for future reference. Thanks.

Only issue I had was the lady I scheduled my appointment with told me the guy would be there at 9 am. But I had to call to find out where he was. The woman said he had a job before mine and they had me slotted between 9:30 and 11:30. Tina never told me those times. So he was an hour and a half late. Normally I wouldn't care except I am taking care of one sister in law with cancer and leave to meet the guy at my other sister in laws house. So that left her alone for around 2 hours. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
I like the no chemical residue, but I was disappointed being canceled on when I was supposed to be done first thing and had to reschedule my entire day. Good service but I was not happy with the time.
Zerorez has excellent customer service (First name removed Marie and Dave). The carpet cleaning went perfectly and it was nice to know they greener than most traditional carpet cleaners. We will definitely use them again.
