Many stains still left in the carpet. Lots of water left on carpet. Urine smell still in carpet. Had another company come out today and redo those sections.

What could we do to improve?

Not sure, better products? More thorough? Overall it was a good experience. Person who came to the house was very professional. The room we specifically detected odor, still has the even after paying extra for enzyme treatment Etc. results not as good as described. Also, was told carpets are left dry after treatments is over. Not a big deal but not accurate. Carpets are very wet after treatment :)

There are no harsh Che,Ocala being used. And yet the carpets smell fresh and clean when the man is done. they look good too.

It was easy as pie to set the appointment for exactly what I needed online. The guy who came to clean my mattress was my age, down to earth, super nice and professional. He was proud of his when showing me at the end. Less than half an hour; all I did was play on my phone!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

After the 2nd session carpets looked better, but not as good as they should. I had to clean a spot that was made after the carpet was cleaned and the cloth came away dirtier that it should have been if the carpet was cleaned. Staining from cleaning is better but still showing. Also I specifically said I wanted a supervisor or manager to come the second time, but the same guy who came the first time came the second time. I am very unhappy with the cleaning and customer service. I will return to my previous cleaner in the future.

What could we do to improve?

Original appointment was set for 10am. The day before, I got a call saying that it would now be 11am. Day of, the technicial told me it would be 12:30ish. I complained; then he said he would be here in 10 or 15 minutes, which turned out to be 11:30. Quality of service was great. I have some traffic wear areas that I can never get clean. This morning I attacked one of them with some white vinegar and baking soda, followed by lots of water and blotting. Your company still is far better than any other carpet cleaning service I've had in the last 22 years in Boise.

Thank you for your input, Leslie. I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with how the traffic patterns look after cleaning. I would encourage you not to use baking soda on the carpet, as it is an abrasive, and traffic patterns that are permanent are often caused by abrasion. This abrasion leads to a dulling of the fibers, actually making the condition worse. A better option would be to increase the amount of vacuuming that you do- vacuuming those heavy patterns on a daily basis will do more good for your carpet than just about anything else that can be done.

The sofa and recliner were cleaned up great but they were not moved to do carpet under them.
Carpets did take longer to dry in some areas.
I will see over time how they hold off on any spots returning..

I had several small stains on my bedroom carpet. They are gone, however I now have one large area where the carpet is stained or the color had been changed. Also, at the entrance to the bedroom the dark patch that was a traffic area is mostly still there.

What could we do to improve?

Sebastian cleaned and serviced my carpet quickly and efficiently. My only concern was the high price I wasn't prepared for. The last time I had my carpets cleaned I paid $ 99 for 3 rooms plus a top protective coat. This time I paid $318. I'm hoping the "macro seal?" proves to pay for itself.

Everything was so quick, Alex was very friendly and informative!! My carpets had pee soaked in them and horrible traffic stains and i cant even tell anything was there now!

I thought our serviceman went the extra mile to do the job right. The carpet he cleaned was old and quite soiled and now it looks really good. I like the fact that your method is designed to leave little cleaner residue in the carpet.

I WAS THE FIRST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY, PRESUMABLY 8:00 AM, AND TECH WAS 45 MIN LATE WHICH THREW OFF MY ENTIRE SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY. THE PROCESS WAS A LITTLE LONG FOR THE AREAS THAT WERE CLEANED, BUT I APPRECIATE GOOD WORK AND AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY CARPETS LOOK.

I'm sorry you were detained and thrown off your day! We strive to be as convenient as possible for you. We do, though, schedule with a window system. Our first arrival window is between 8 and 11, meaning that we will arrive somewhere in that window. Due to factors like our morning training meeting, drive time, traffic, etc., we do not guarantee an exact arrival time. We do call you prior to our arrival to let you know that we are on our way.

Sebastian was clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like he was pushy, but was clear on why price was what it was and how pricing worked. My carpet is clean, soft and smells great!
