The carpet feels and smells very clean. The fibers actually dried rather stiff, but a trip around the room with the vacuum softened them up.
We were so surprised how quickly the carpet dried. There was no after musty odor, just a fresh clean smell. The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was pleasant and informative. We will use Zerorez again.
No chemical smells which is critical for me because of allergy issues; the service was excellent from the techs that were here. They were fast and thorough once they arrived.
Service and quality were excellent, the only reason I rated an 8 on recommending to friends or family is because of the cost factor. I wasn't upset about the price because I had a bunch of pet stain issues.
They are environmentally responsible and healthy and leave no chemicals behind. Corbin, the technician was knowledgeable and answered my questions. He was professional and did a good job.
The effectiveness of your product. Also the employee that came to my house 2 years ago was the same employee that came this time. Says something about the company.

There were no chemical smells and my carpet looks amazing! It hasn't been cleaned in 10 years and now it looks almost new.
Got to my home on time,worked quickly, got the job done well and most of the carpet was dry in about 9 hrs - tecs. were polite and professional

No filmy, soapy, or smelly residue after you left! That's important since our grandkids play on these floors. Your serviceman (Corbin) did an outstanding job, though we gave him a challenge. He was very courteous, and took the time to make sure all heavy traffic areas look and feel terrific. Thank you!
I liked that Corbin came when he said he would be to my house. It was fast and the carpets looked good after the cleaning and that they dried fast
