Our technician was very nice and thorough, asked great questions about what I hoped to see happen and was timely and polite! I love that it is a low chemical process leaving no residue behind! Our carpets look and feel clean, not crunchy. They were dry within a few hours and fluffy!

NOT THOROUGH!!. Skipped areas. Soaked space carpet completely through that took 3 FULL
DAYS and NIGHTS to dry! We have since discovered other rug cleaners at least help move furniture, yours, did nothing. A few other infractions I will not mention. J.Last name removed

The service you provide is beyond compare. Corbin was amazing. He shovelled my whole driveway before I even got to the house. He was so professional and efficient!
