Our rugs and furniture looked brighter & cleaner after the service. And rugs cleaned previously did not attract new dirt. We haven't had time to test the fiber protector yet. The service men were friendly and professional, being careful to give each piece the care it needed.

Fellows that came to our house had good product knowledge.
The service people who come out are always personable and knowledgeable. I think this is my fourth cleaning. I also had my shower tile sealed and my new backsplash in kitchen sealed. Would always recommend Zerorez.

It's a great product and cleans very well. I've used your services twice. Once in Phoenix to clean my tile and now in Boise to clean two chairs. Both times the service men were very professional and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the way my chairs came out.
Perhaps some guidelines for minimum time spent on a premise. I forgot to ask if technicians are paid by the job or hourly. My cleaner was too fast to do a great job.
