Rusty was very courteous, calling me to confirm the day before & the day of my appointment. He was punctual, thorough, and very efficient in cleaning my carpets. He offered additional products & services, which I did take advantage of, but I never felt pressured to do so. The price & services seemed like a good deal, so I agreed., but I felt I could have declined & that would have been the end of the discussion.
My carpets came out much better than I expected, and I will definitely become a regular customer.
A service person came on time!!!! He was careful not to track in anything, pleasant, conscientious, offered me upgrades at a reasonable price, did not pressure me to accept much more than originally calculated, assured me he would return free of charge if I was not satisfied. A thoroughly professional and pleasant experience...and now I can have company again without shame. First name removed (okay to share my first name if you choose to use it publically)
It is a chemical-free cleaner, tech's are very upfront, honest,hard working & respond to directions.

the gentleman that came to clean my carpet was very courteous. He called to request if he could come early if it was not of any inconvenience and I said sure. When he got to my home, he e explained how there shampooing worked. He did not seem to be in a hurry and was very informative. He gave me other options that I could have done to my carpet as I had a couple very bad stains. I did not feel like I was being pressured but was only being offered the suggestions. When he was finished he asked if it looked alright or if there was more he could do for me. The carpet is a low cost carpet but when he was finished, it looked great almost new again. The stains were gone. I did say that one of the stains may come back. He informed me if it did to let him know and they would come back and do a deeper cleaning if needed. I would/will recommend Zerorez in the future. The price was right. The quality of work was perfect . The gentleman was pleasant and easy to talk with. Good job Zerorez.
