Technician was very friendly. My carpet looks great

I was charged twice on my credit card and will be calling today 12/23/2016 to get the second charge removed.

Our service tech was very prompt, friendly, helpful and courteous. He shared info with me about other products and services offered by Zerorez. We will be sure to use Zerorez again! We hadn't even moved into our new home yet; and there was a fresh layer of snow on the ground. Our tech took the time to shovel the snow so he wouldn't track it into our home. He also took the time to shovel my drive and walkway to make it safe to for me!

No odor. Hold judgement till had 3 months experience. Person who came to the home was very nice, knowledgeable and took great care not to scuff corners, etc. So far we are happy about the service.

The carpeting is very clean, and dried quickly with the exception of the spots that were specially treated for get older. The gentleman who came to take care of our floors was very professional and was very accommodating to our needs. He was a pleasure to work with. John, the technician, is very efficient and knowledgeable about the products. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I was pleased with the results and added more work due to seeing a good job was being done.

I felt it was a little pricey, but Zerorez did a really nice job of cleaning my home.

The follow up service greatly improved the original outcome, but I was left with a definite brown stripe right at the entrance to the room. I just don't think you have your chemistry perfected yet. This is the second time the initial tech was poorly trained. The second responders made a good effort, but there was still an unsightly residue area left behind that was not apparent when the carpet was wet. I couldn't in good conscience recommend your company.

Did a nice job of getting the carpet clean, but I think they may have been in a little bit of a hurry. Carpet was really wet when they left. Couldn't move furniture back until the following morning.

Great service and Corbin did a fabulous job on our carpets! They have never looked better...Corbin got a spot out of a high traffic area that another carpet cleaner couldn't! We are thrilled with how clean and great our carpets look and feel. We will definitely use you guys again..and we'll request Corbin, he is awesome!

Everything was done in a prompt and professional way. The technician asked questions about my carpet and concerns, and I feel that the cleaning was "customized" for my specific situation. The carpet looks great!
