The previous owners of our new home had the carpets cleaned one month before we moved in. We decided to have them cleaned anyway and I was amazed at what was pulled from the carpet. I appreciate the no residue, quick response to come, and courteous associates.

My appointment was double booked and was great inconvenience for Saturday, as we were expecting an 11Am call. tech finally arrived at 3PM. we had to leave and return after he was done with no walk through.

I have used Zerorez since I found out about them 3 or 4 years ago. I have never been disappointed in their ability to do a fabulous job! One of the most important things I like is that within a very few hours the carpet is dry and I don't have to worry about when I can start 'using' my house again.

I felt that my carpets were cleaner, but another company that I've used brings in large fans and dries the carpet in a few hours.it's been about 17 hours and my carpet is still damp. For that reason, I will recommend the other company.
