Technician was knowledgeable about products and I appreciated very much how careful he was while working in our home.
When Nick left, we went out of the house for at least an hour. When we got back in,the carpet was still wet.We had to lay towels down just to walk on the areas we needed to. We had the stain resistant spray put on (adding $60 to the bill),but unfortunately the areas we had to cover with towels left wet towels and no resistant spray on those areas. I expected that my carpet would dry within the hour we stayed away but it did not. Nick did a very thorough job, but may not have spent the time needed to extract enough water for it to dry in the time he quoted us. I would appreciate Nick coming back and respraying the stain resistant on those areas I mentioned. If this is possible let me know.

My carpet looks clean and nearly new. I really like that there is no crusty feeling or soapy smell afterwards. Rusty did a great job and was very careful around furniture and woodwork in my home.
The carpets were clean. No complaint there. My complaint is the carpets were too wet. It took 48 hours with 2 fans blowing to dry the carpets.
It really cleaned the stone floor and grout exceptionally well. Carpets look good... The expense was some what high. Over all great job. Techs were good.

The entire process took about 30 minutes and my carpets look great. The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable.
Rusty, my technician was absolutely wonderful! He was professional, courteous, and takes pride in what he does. When he finished he made sure I was happy with his work. I love the results! The carpets look better than I expected. It was worth every penny! I will definitely use Zerorez again and I will request Rusty!

We had our tile grout cleaned in three rooms and after the left we found dust and dirt in the corners of all three rooms which would indicate they had not been cleaned during the process. We cleaned it up ourselves but would have felt the job was completely thorough if the technicians had caught this.

The professional that came to my home was fantastic! Very personable and very interested in what my expectations were in this cleaning experience. I felt very comfortable having them in our house with my infant daughter. I also enjoyed the corner protectors and booties!

My daughters room smelled like urine due to potty training a puppy. I tried every thing to get rid of it. I honestly thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. But thanks to zerorez it has that new house smell again. I love it.
The service technician was very polite and informative about the cleaning process and additional services offered by Zerorez. He was not pushy about the upsells, but just wanted to make sure I knew about them. I liked the way he protected my furniture with cones when moving the cleaning equipment in the house. The carpets look great and all the stains have been removed.
