I have had the carpet cleaned twice by zerorez in the room my dog has peed in. It smells worse that it did before.
Hi Leah-
We have unsuccessfully tried to reach you regarding the odor you smell. On our first appointment to remove the odor, we recommended performing a deep urine extraction, which you chose not to have us do. The same service was performed at the reservice of your room. Unfortunately, the soiling that you have in the carpet is deeper than what can be removed with a normal cleaning, and a deeper cleaning is required to remove the contaminants. This is an extra service, and does cost more than the normal cleaning does, but is really the only way to truly remove soiling such as urine.
Because we did not have the opportunity to remove the urine which is in the backing and the pad of the carpet, the moisture left in the carpet re-activated microbial growth in the urine spots, and the odor will increase dramatically. As the urine dries, the odor will abate, at least until the next cleaning. This is an issue that needs to be properly addressed in order to solve the problem correctly. Otherwise, it will continue. I'm sure you've noticed it gets worse on rainy days as well, and as the weather warms, it too will cause increased odor.
Please let us know when you are available, and we are more than happy to help you remove the contaminants from your carpet, and get it smelling good again.
The carpet and wood floor cleaning were amazing. Alex, the technician, did everything we asked, even when we changed our minds. He was flexible, courteous and professional. I am not happy at all about the granite cleaning/sealing. I am not convinced the products used are any different than what I could have bought and put on myself. I was expecting to see areas with mild water spots to be better than before, some visible difference at least, especially for the PRICE. We have tried unsuccessfully to reach you regarding the urine odor in left in the carpet. We treated the area for urine smell, but as requested, we did not treat to the full recommendation of our technician. Unfortunately, urine can be very difficult to remove, and often requires substantial time and product resources to remove thoroughly, and worse yet, if not done thoroughly, the odor and stains can get worse.
As technicians, we recommend treatments based on what we can see, and will do tests to try to determine the best course of action. We make the recommendation to you, the customer, prior to actually starting treatments. We try very hard to be respectful of your budget, but sometimes what is budgeted is not sufficient to completely remove the soiling. This will cause the odors to return, with a vengeance. Sometimes the visible staining is worse as well.
We are happy to help you remove the urine from the carpet, and are more than happy to give it one more go, but understand, the minor treatment that was done may not be sufficient. Please let us know how you'd like to proceed.

I had you out to help treat pet spots. not only are many of the spots still lingering but the smell is worse than before I had you out. I had a different tech out not an hour ago and he said that the first tech did the treatment wrong, however unless I paid for the chemicals and cleaning again he could only spray to mask the smell. He was sorry I got an inexperienced tech and if it had been him it would have been done better and I would have had better results, however unless I paid for a repeat treatment his hands were tied. This is disgusting customer service. Your tech did it wrong, didn't understand how the treatment worked, mislead me about the results, told me it was necessary to spend an addition $120 for the treatment that he then did wrong and didn't offer the results I thought it would. This was an absolute complete waste of my money.

The tech was great! Very nice and knowledgeable. Carpets looked good and like all spots were gonewhen wet but once they dried we noticed several of the spots were still there. I was a bit disappointed by that.

the gentleman that came to clean my carpet was very courteous. He called to request if he could come early if it was not of any inconvenience and I said sure. When he got to my home, he e explained how there shampooing worked. He did not seem to be in a hurry and was very informative. He gave me other options that I could have done to my carpet as I had a couple very bad stains. I did not feel like I was being pressured but was only being offered the suggestions. When he was finished he asked if it looked alright or if there was more he could do for me. The carpet is a low cost carpet but when he was finished, it looked great almost new again. The stains were gone. I did say that one of the stains may come back. He informed me if it did to let him know and they would come back and do a deeper cleaning if needed. I would/will recommend Zerorez in the future. The price was right. The quality of work was perfect . The gentleman was pleasant and easy to talk with. Good job Zerorez.
