The results were fantastic! Sebastian explained everything up front and didn't try to up sell me. I had heard Paul J talk about how great the results were, but I never expected my 20+ year old carpet to look like new and it did.
The carpet cleaning went fine, I was annoyed by how pushy your guy was about purchasing other things...such as carpet protector. He brought it up at least 10 times. I was also disappointed at your cost of cleaning an area rug..it cost as much to clean one rug, as it did for 2 rooms of carpet. Very disappointing!! You would have received more business from me had your prices not been so extremely high.

Have called and left message for customer twice asking if we can do a reservice on their carpets. Possible that stains have wicked up and could not be seem after first cleaning.
Service was great, I was happy with the result. Very expensive though, I could have done the whole house for $228 with other companies, rather than two rooms with zerorez, the only thing that might keep me from using you again is the price

My home smelled so nice after the carpets were cleaned.
We have been very pleased with the clean rugs. However, as we had no floors that squeaked before the cleaning, we now have more then one. The one in back of my husbands desk chair in the office is the most noticed. Someone came out to see the problem, however, from what John shared with me, it seems he took no responsiblity! In the 9 homes we had built the one thing to tell the builder was to say "NO SQUEADY FLOORS" I have no idea how you can fix this.

Cody, the technician, was fantastic. Very professional and did a great job on our ceramic tile flooring. He explained and pointed out various aspects of the job he was doing. It looks like new.

Great customer service and nice technicians. Wish the technician would have hit the heavier trafficked areas more then once. The technician was fast, which is good if you don't have all day to wait on someone, but felt he could have slowed down a bit and hit those "super" dirty spots again.
Took more than 24 hrs to dry so I could move furniture back. Was not offered fans & didn't read that was an option until technician had left.
Worth every penny. It took six years of wear, traffic stains and pet stains out of our carpets and they look like they did the day we moved in. The technicians were knowledgeable and friendly and took their time explaining the process and other services available, such as taking and shampooing my wool rugs!
On the flip side, my argument for replacing all the carpet with hardwood floors is now out the door!

Technician was on time, called before he got here and was very professional.
I talked to a lovely girl on the phone to book my carpet cleaning. She told me my carpet cleaning for my living room, stairs, hallway, master bedroom and one spare bedroom would be $223 dollars. She also told me that she hadn't had her carpets cleaned in 9 years and she used to foster cats and the cats used to puke on the carpet, but once they were cleaned by the company you would have never known. When the guy showed up he proceeded to tell me how my carpets were disgusting. Told me that he would have to charge me $1000 a room to get it clean. I told him the girl quoted me $223, and he said if he did that I would not be happy with the results. He told me I would have to at least pay for a topical to put on my 200 square foot living room. I allowed that and my total was $293 dollars. I left him to clean and when I came home he was working on the upstairs still which is fine, but he came around the corner drinking out of my water glass I had left on the entryway table. After everything was clean, I was actually happy with the look of the carpets however they were sopping wet! Three days later the carpets are still damp which scares me. I read on the website that it is the fastest drying option for carpet cleaning. I get my carpets cleaned every year and they have never had them this wet. I was not impressed by this company due to the misinformation I was given over the Internet and phone, and not in real life. I have 2 small Yorkshire terriers, I get my carpets cleaned every year and I know my carpets are not the worst the man has seen. I don't know if it is a company strategy to get more money out of a person. Either way, I will not suggest this company to a friend because I will not force them to be up sold in their private home after being insulted about the looks of their carpets. Also the risk of mold in these sopping wet carpets is scary.
Thank you for your review! We appreciate getting feedback, especially when it provides us an opportunity to get better. I'd like to answer a few of your concerns. I have tried calling you to discuss this in person, and am waiting for a call back to discuss this with you. I will start with the easiest, your glass of water. I apologize that the technician drank your water- it is not unusual for our customers to give technicians a glass of water, even if the tech does not ask for it. We don't usually ask for water, unless it is a hot day or we are at the house for a long period of time, but sometimes we are given water anyway. As we do not want to appear rude, we will drink the water. In this case, the technician thought you left the water for him, not realizing it was your water. I am sorry for the confusion, but it was an honest mistake, not someone being creepy.
As to the condition of the carpet, the tech does have pictures of the living room, and stated that the stains in the upstairs were pretty bad, and that he recommended the subfloor extraction. This is an option we give to our customers who want the pee taken out of their carpet, and if this treatment is not done, there are a lot of potential problems for you, the homeowner. Stains can get larger due to wicking, the smell can increase, and stains can become permanent to name a few. You are in charge, and we don't try to force you to get anything you don't want, however, when we are at the house, and looking at the potential issues, we will make recommendations based on our extensive experience in cleaning carpet. 2 yorkies have the potential for over 150 gallons of urine in the carpet in a year's period- a regular carpet cleaning, through a normal process, will not be sufficient to take care of all that urine. As there appeared to be extensive soiling in your carpet, the technician gave you the cost of the option that would give the best result. According to his notes though, he recommended treatments in the rooms that would be about 260-350 dollars per room, not $1000. We do encourage our technicians to educate our customers, and to help them know of products and services we provide, and how we can help you the customer. We try to do this in a non-salesy way, unfortunately, it can come off as sales. We want you to know that we have services that can help you, and the only way to do that is to mention them. Also, especially with urine and other stains, only the technician there on site can see what needs to be done. We aren't able to quote that over the phone, and state it at the time of booking and in the confirmation email that gets sent to you prior to the appointment. It is stated clearly, and was stated during your appointment call, that urine costs extra to remove and that the technician will have to make that call.
To my main concern- your carpets being damp. I hope by now (Monday) that your carpets are dry. If not, please call us immediately so that we can get someone there to take care of it. We did have an equipment problem that day, which we have since corrected, which could have contributed to the dampness of the carpets. We are more than happy to come out and re-clean your carpet at no charge, and make sure the carpets are dry quickly. We don't promise that our process is the fastest drying process to clean carpets, but it usually is as far as hot water extraction goes. typically, carpets are dry very quickly, as can be seen by other reviews that state how fast the carpet dries. I am sorry about our equipment malfunction, but we are happy to make sure you are taken care of.
