no rez good service
You give us fresh, clean carpets! Prompt arrival. Friendly, knowledgeable employees.
My 20 year old carpets look new again. Nick did a wonderful job. There is a clear contraption they can add to the hose which showed me all the dirt that my carpets and the sofa I had cleaned were harboring. I highly recommend zerorez. I did them last year, but I think it was even better this year. Celia
Reliable service. No chemical odors. Dries fast!
The men we very nice and efficient and the job was finished quickly. When they were finished he
mentioned a product to put on to help from getting dirty. He said it would be $35 for the stairs and
$35 for the floor and he would throw the chair which they had also cleaned. So that would be $70. I said not the stairs so he said he would do the floor and chair for $35 but charged me $70.
So I feel like I was over charged $35.
Chemical free; excellent customer service
I don't know how you compare with other carpet cleaning establishments but maybe the prices might be a bit high. How about more "specials?" Other than that Alex did a good job and gave me some helpful information.

The service was great and we like how clean the products got our carpets. We especially appreciated being educated about the value of the protection application.
I like that you don't use a lot of chemicals, and are easy to schedule. I've already referred you to my family and I know my sister was equally impressed.
I love the way you clean my carpets. However my last experience was less than ideal.After 2 hours of waiting for a phone call, I had to call and check to see if someone was actually coming. She said she would check the status and call me back. FORTY FIVE minutes later, I received a phone call saying that nobody was available to clean my carpets until Monday. Needless to say I was not happy. Eventually someone showed up at my door at 2:30pm after I had waited all day. If your employees are that busy, either hire more or give your customers the decency of a phone call. I'm only giving you a score of 8 based off how well my carpets were cleaned. Customer service only gets a 2.
This rating is a combination rating. We had carpets cleaned and ducts cleaned. I would give a rating of 10 on the carpet cleaning and 0 on the duct cleaning. The technicians who came were friendly but they did not have fittings or tools to connect the air hose they had to the compressor that they had. We offered to let them use our tools and compressor. They accepted the use of tools but declined to use our compressor and instead one of them went to the store for parts. The other fellow waited here. Once they got the compressor connected they started to remove the vent grates to access the ducts. They did not have the proper screw driver and complained of the screws being stripped. We loaned them the proper Phillips screwdriver which easily removed the screws. They were not stripped. By the time they left it was late. The next morning I came in and inspected. The carpets looked great. I found one of the vent grates had not been reinstalled and it was dirty. I went to gather tools to reinstall it and in the process found finger prints around most of the grates and upon inspection they were also dirty. We had just finished having the walls professionally cleaned. We requested that they come back and clean up the mess. One of the same technicians came back to clean the finger prints and the dirt out of the vent grates. During the process First name removed in our front office told me that he was unable to reinstall one of the grates. I went up and found that he still had the wrong (much to small and sharp) phillips screwdriver. I went and got the proper screwdriver and reinstalled the vent while he watched. When we pay $650.00 for less than two hours of work for two guys we would expect the technicians to be trained and have all of the proper tools. I do not blame the guys who did the work, in my opinion this is a management issue. Mike and I spent a lot of our time dealing with this. At $162.50 per hour per guy we would expect the process to be seamless. We may use you again to clean carpets but we will not use you for vent cleaning. One point of interest is that we would have gladly paid more for the carpet cleaning, I have no idea how you can think the duct cleaning you did was worth more than 10 times as much as the carpet cleaning you did.
I like not having soap products put on my carpet..
I had sugar water on my floor and in my carpet from a water leak on to bags of sugar. They were able to clean it all up.
Friendly and so a great job.
The person doing our carpets was very informative and did a great job. He was a little bit of a sales man but never tried to go past my answer of No if I did not want additional services. One thing is that our hall runners were done and I have noticed that the edge of one of the longs runners did not quite get clean. However over it was a great job and very much appreciated!

I have always been happy with the way my carpet looks and feels after a Zerorez cleaning. I like that you don't use any kind of soap or detergent.

There is no chemical smell or residue from the product, and their worker's do a great job.

The carpet was very clean without any residue left on it. Dried quickly. Our technician was very friendly, he reviewed the process with me and discussed problem areas. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
Service was quick and removed all the stains.
The one question is. I had about 1/3 of a gallon left of the zerorez water and wanted to have it re-filled. The technician poured the remainder of my gallon into the tank, then filled my gallon container. I think he charged me fo the full gallon. Is this your customary practice?
Hi Denise- yes, we will empty the old and put new water in, as a courtesy to you, and because it's hard to determine what the cost of refilling 1/3 of a bottle would be. In looking at your invoice, however, it looks like you weren't charged for refilling your bottle, or you were only charged for refilling a 1/2 gallon spray bottle, not the full gallon.
