Rusty was very courteous, calling me to confirm the day before & the day of my appointment. He was punctual, thorough, and very efficient in cleaning my carpets. He offered additional products & services, which I did take advantage of, but I never felt pressured to do so. The price & services seemed like a good deal, so I agreed., but I felt I could have declined & that would have been the end of the discussion.
My carpets came out much better than I expected, and I will definitely become a regular customer.
A service person came on time!!!! He was careful not to track in anything, pleasant, conscientious, offered me upgrades at a reasonable price, did not pressure me to accept much more than originally calculated, assured me he would return free of charge if I was not satisfied.
