No chemicals, cleans well, feel good about using with our son crawling all over the carpets.

My stairs did not look so good. Along the edges. I have used z before and they always took their time this young man seemed to ather rushed. Also the bill was double the amount quoted me. I will use you again as I know each operator is different. I'll try agIn in thebfall

The only thing I would request is to please not try and change the appointment time. I work during the day and set the time window that is best for me. I requested this when I made the appointment and was still called to see if they could come earlier. Your technicians did a fabulous job and were courteous and efficient. However please listen to your customers when they make requests.
Products leave the carpets nice and clean to look at and to feel. Serve was outstanding.
