The fact that everything is clean. Carpet is really clean for being over 21 years old. Rusty explained every step of the process and what to expect. He offered suggestions on additional services and products to enhance the end results. He was very professional and personable.

The carpet had not been cleaned in 5 years. My tenant took good care of it, but still, it had been five years. Your employee took extra care to do his best and I appreciate his efforts.

You visit was less than 20 minutes to clean a room. You didn't move easy to move furniture but charged 76 dollars anyways. No I won't be back
