Knowledgeable and friendly cleaners
Your technician was on time informative courteous and did a great job
We were totally impressed! The pair of technicians called 30 minutes before arrival, helped move a couple of big furniture pieces, explained the charges before they started and offered options if we were interested. We do have dogs so the stain removal treatment was necessary and welcomed. They also told us if the smell came back they'd come back at no charge. We did notice a smell and they came back and did the enzyme treatment at no additional cost. We are very happy with Zerorez and all of their staff.

Stains I pointed out received special treatment but the rest of our carpet got shoddy treatment. Didn't even get bathtub crayon out of the carpet-I had to wipe it out after the cleaner was here. Called & having a re-do on the kitchen & laundry rooms as stains and dirt were not removed.

I was so impressed with how clean the carpets were and in such a short amount of time. My technician Rusty was absolutely professional, informative and a pleasure to chat with. He explained the process every step of the way and answered all of my questions. He is truly a guy who knows how to do this job and is passionate about it. He cares and this company is lucky to have him. The carpet looks brand new and feels clean, not sticky from soap residue. I was so impressed I bought a bottle of the cleaner which I can use on all of my household items without worry of chemicals. The price was competitive and well worth it. This will be my go to carpet cleaning company and I will recommend them to others. Thank you so much for a very pleasant experience!

Jesse did a fabulous job on Saturday, June 17 and the follow up team member did the same on Monday, June 19 (sorry, I did not get his name).
The servicemen (I think one was a trainer) were very friendly. I waited to send this in as I wanted to see how the rugs stayed clean. They are very nice and we have enjoyed the clean bedroom rugs as they were getting kind of beaten down but look sharp now.
I was treated very well by everyone who worked with me to clean my carpet.
