John, the technician, is very efficient and knowledgeable about the products. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I was pleased with the results and added more work due to seeing a good job was being done.

I felt it was a little pricey, but Zerorez did a really nice job of cleaning my home.
The follow up service greatly improved the original outcome, but I was left with a definite brown stripe right at the entrance to the room. I just don't think you have your chemistry perfected yet. This is the second time the initial tech was poorly trained. The second responders made a good effort, but there was still an unsightly residue area left behind that was not apparent when the carpet was wet. I couldn't in good conscience recommend your company.

Did a nice job of getting the carpet clean, but I think they may have been in a little bit of a hurry. Carpet was really wet when they left. Couldn't move furniture back until the following morning.
Great service and Corbin did a fabulous job on our carpets! They have never looked better...Corbin got a spot out of a high traffic area that another carpet cleaner couldn't! Carpets cleaned without chemicals by professional and courteous carpet technicians.
Everything was done in a prompt and professional way. The technician asked questions about my carpet and concerns, and I feel that the cleaning was "customized" for my specific situation. The carpet looks great!

I was quoted $260(ish) on the phone for a service and ended up paying over $1000. The amount of service did not change, but the tech told me that he needed more formula to clean up the dog pee smell than the people on the phone understood I would need. He commented that the people on the phone do not really understand how much formula is needed for these jobs. I feel like he either lied to me, since I do not know how much formula he used, or the people on your phones really do not know their jobs.
Thank you for your feedback! I can appreciate how frustrating that must be. We can quote carpet cleaning pretty accurately over the phone, most of the time, but unfortunately, restoration work, like removing urine from the carpet and pad, is very hard to accurately quote over the phone. It is something that must be seen and tested by the technician in the field to be able to determine what the restoration cost will be. This is something we are striving to improve through training and technology. We always verify with you the cost of the additional service before we perform, and advise the various options we have in order to give you the best result possible, while being aware of your budget. The important question is if you got the result you were looking for in the cleaning? If what the technician quoted you worked, and gave you clean, odor free carpet, and protected carpet, is that the result we were trying to get? We certainly aren't in the business of not knowing our stuff, but can only quote on what you tell us, and verify that with a walk through and confirmation before we start the cleaning.
