Second person that came out did an awesome job with touch ups
The technician, Rusty, was very congenial, thorough and the results were excellent. He was able to remove a stain that had not been completely removed the last time the rug was cleaned. We are happy with the results and have recommended Zerorez to others.

4th carpets look great. My only concern is that the small room has a wet carpet type odor still. It was the dirtiest but it has been a few days now. I hope it goes away.
I liked that your Zerorez is organized, John came at the time he said he would come, no high pressure sales. The carpet cleaner called prior to arrival which was right on time. He was very thorough. Also, thanks for recognizing we are a non-profit and giving us a discount, it is very much needed and appreciated. Thank You!
Friendly employees, quick service, reasonable price
Jared and Josh were very upbeat, very helpful, explained everything to me first before starting, then kept me updated throughout (we left). Just super; will definitely use your services again; already have it marked in my calendar for next time.
Josh was amazing!!! He explained everything thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure my carpets look amazing! With two kids under the age of three, my carpets were a complete disaster and I am in utter amazement of how awesome they look!!!! He was able to get stains out that I thought were impossible to remove. I would definitely recommend this company. What a wonderful job they did!!!

the technician was professional. the floors look great and it didn't take that long
All went very well---my tech was very nice and informative when I had a question. One concern was that he did not wear the booties, therefore his boots left waffle type marks on our wood entry way. not a big deal but worth mentioning.

The Zerorez team arrived on time and did a fabulous job of cleaning our carpets.
We had our carpets and leather couch cleaned a week ago and Zerorez did a great job. The carpet came out not only looking clean but felt really nice to walk on. The leather sofa looks great. A week later and carpet and leather look great. They not only cleaned the carpets and leather but they provided information along the way and provided tips on how to care for both going forward. I would recommend Zerorez and will have them back next year.

They were very professional and answered all my questions.
I was pleased with the technician and the way he went about doing his job, and when he left I told him I would be giving him a nine or a 10 score.
But, this morning when we returned to the house after the carpet dried, It smelled terrible!
I don't understand why this would be the case.
You do a thorough job and don't leave soap in the carpet. It also dries very quickly.
