My carpet looks fantastic and so clean! Loved that carpet is cleaned with water treatment vs chemical solution. My appointment was scheduled quickly, confirmed by email and another follow-up call 2 days prior to appointment...that's a WOW in customer service these days!
I still have stains in my carpet
The carpets look and smell great. The service was fast as well as the drying time. Rusty was very professional and did a great job.
Not big in the upsale . I like to know how much before you come. I dont like being told I should spend twice as much as you quoted to get a real good job done . The tech was cool though and seems to know his stuff . The job looked good when he was done. Overall pretty happy
