lack of chemicals
I was quoted $304 on the phone and ended up paying $580. AND, my daughter's room still smells like pee.
The man was very nice and considerate! I like how my carpets smell a little citrusy after they have dried! It was pricey, but worth it! Thank you!

I like the product that is used to clean my rugs; the outstanding customer service, especially that the technicians put on foot coverings when entering my home & use precautionary things to prevent damage by hoses rubbing on door frames and around corners, etc.

Are carpets are so soft again! We love the fact there is no soapy resadu feel or smell. Very professional gentleman that came to our home & explained about the treatment & the company.
Your employee was very sharp in his conversation with my mom. He said he would charge to move the furniture. But I had moved most of the furniture, I told him that it was his job to move the sofa and chair that was left. I have used your company many times in the past, and I know I used to get good service.
The products used clean extremely well. I notice there is little to no odor and the carpet dries quickly and feels soft when it dries. The first time Zerorez cleaned our carpet I noticed that the carpet seemed to resist dirt over time. I did not expect this thus I have continued to use your service.
