The technician missed a small soada stain that I had pointed out but, very small. When he was done he thought there might be two stains that will come back. He said I could call for a $60-$100 “extraction” -it might be considerate to talk about extraction first and give the customer the option first and possibly avoid a second visit.

I have always been pleased with the way my carpets look after Zerorez is finished, and I appreciate that there is no soap residue left behind. Zerorez is the only company which has ever cleaned our carpets and there is no reason that should ever change.
I like the idea of no residue from cleaners. I like that there is specific pet treatments available. Mike was a wonderful person to have in my home. He was very positive and assured me that if nothing was quite right, to be sure to call. He stayed on task and was very thorough.
