Fantastic crew! Explained every aspect of the service. Obviously very knowledgeable and hard working. My carpets look better than they have in years with other carpet cleaners servicing them. Can’t wait to have more rooms cleaned furniture cleaned.

This is the second review for zerorez because my dog is an (expletive) and they did not disappoint. Rusty was great and explained the treatments needed with out trying to take advantage of my naivety. I’ll use them again for sure.

Not sure what you could improve. Your company is excellent. Your process did not clean difficult traffic patterns as well as I had hoped.

We have a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner, and bought this house about a year ago. Each time we would vacuum, what was in the bowl was just WRONG... enough to make you toss your cookies! And, somebody did steam clean the carpets before we bought the house. So, we just figured that was what we could expect. The carpets are 16 years old, you know...
So, after our carpets were cleaned by Zerorez, for curiosity sake I ran the vacuum in the living room. WOW, what a DIFFERENCE! Instead of being black and slightly coagulated looking, it was just slightly colored... almost like I hadn't vacuumed. So, happy wife, happy life! Thank you Zerorez!

The technician (Zach) was punctual, friendly, and efficient in cleaning the carpet. The estimate was done fairly accurate over the phone. From end to end, the business is conducted very professionally from telephone appointment reminder to service satisfaction follow-up. I have been happy with your service. Eric, the technician who helped me this week was helpful in explaining the urine removal process. We will have to wait and see if did the job! If not the tenant will have to help me replace the carpet. I have used your services many times on my apartments and have been most happy will all of your technicians and the job they do.
Rusty was great - personable and friendly - gave direct info on the procedure - he is a real asset for your company - scheduling also a 10 - he called me twice to make sure I was there - drying time seemed a little long - will definitely use you guys next time - give that dude a raise

The carpet is very clean but was a little crunchy. Not sure why because I haven't had that issue before. But still very clean and looks great.
Nick Jones's customer service was great. Offered different processes and costs, did a soil test and just generally did a good job. He is very polite and courteous. Communicated process very well. Even my difficult husband was impressed. I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend.
Quality cleaning and great employees
Thought the service was excellent. Came in did his job fast and efficiently. And they drying time didn't take long at all. Was very happy about that.
